In this lesson, you learn how to perform subtraction of two functions and then evaluate the resulting function. First, you must subtract one function from the other, and then plug in the input value and simplify. This is done by finding the value of the function for a certain input value of x. The resulting function can then be simplified, and that is the final answer.
