Lesson Summary:

In this quick lesson on subtraction of functions, we learn that f minus g of x is equal to f of x minus g of x. We are shown how to subtract two functions by taking our f of x function and subtracting it from our 2 minus f function. By distributing the negative sign, combining like terms, and simplifying, we obtain the final answer of 3x minus 7.
