Lesson Summary:

In this lesson, we learn how to determine if an equation is even or odd without graphing it. By plugging in negative x and seeing if it returns f of x or negative f of x, we can determine if the function is even or odd. If it's symmetrical about the y-axis, it's even. If it's symmetrical about the origin, it's odd.
