In this lesson, you will learn how to evaluate a logarithm using condensing. The example given is log base 5 of 75 minus log base 5 of 3. By condensing the two logarithms using the rule of subtraction logarithms, you can rewrite it as log base 5 of 75 divided by 3. This can then be simplified to 25, and by using the rule of logarithms, you can determine that 5 raised to the power of 2 equals 25.
