In this lesson, we learn how to graph a parabola and state all of its important components, such as the axis of symmetry, vertex point, maximum or minimum point, y-intercept, x-intercepts, domain, and range. By plugging in different values for x, we can determine the corresponding y values and plot the points on the graph. With practice, we can become proficient in graphing quadratic functions and interpreting their properties.
