Lesson Summary:

In this lesson, you will learn how to find the root or zero of a function using a graphing calculator. You will use an alternate form of the equation where you bring the left-hand side to the right-hand side to get a 0 on the left. Then, you will use the 0 or root feature on your graphing calculator to find the place where the output is 0. By doing this, you will be able to find the same input values that solve the original equation.
