In this lesson, we learn how to find the area of an oblique triangle. While it might be tempting to use the formula for a right triangle, we must be careful when dealing with a non-right triangle. The formula for finding the area of an oblique triangle is one-half base times height. By correctly identifying the base and height, we can find the area of the triangle with ease.
