This lesson takes on some more difficult fractions and changes them to percents. The denominator of these fractions do not go into 100 as easily, and therefore they are more troublesome. These fractions are again converted to decimals first, and the hundredths place is examined to determine the percent. The idea of moving the decimal point two places to change a decimal to a percent is introduced as well. A percent is also converted to a fraction in this video.
