In this lesson on multiplying fractions, we are shown how to visualize the multiplication of fractions on a number line. Using this method, we can easily see how to multiply fractions without the need for complicated arithmetic. The lesson also includes some simple multiplication problems, showing us how to reduce fractions before multiplying and giving us a helpful pattern to follow when multiplying various fractions.
