Lesson Summary:

In this lesson, we learn how to multiply polynomials using the distributive property and the double distributive property. We take each term of one polynomial and distribute it to each term of the other polynomial, simplifying the expression by adding any like terms. We also learn that the method of FOIL is essentially just the double distributive property with a fancy name.

Lesson Description:

Multiplying polynomials using the distributive property.
